Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are attached, and include a copy of your packing slip.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
